BPO de Administratie B.V. is the controller for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy statement.
2. Which personal data do we process?
We process personal data that you provide to us through our contact form, the booking widget for a strategy conversation, or directly by email or phone. This concerns the following categories:
- Name and company name
- Email address
- Phone number (if provided)
- Job title and sector (if provided)
- The content of your message or question
3. What do we use your data for?
We process your personal data only for the following purposes:
- Scheduling and holding a strategy conversation — based on your consent or on steps taken prior to entering into an agreement.
- Answering your question or request — based on our legitimate interest in keeping in touch with potential and existing clients.
- Complying with legal obligations — insofar as they apply to our services.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell your data to third parties.
4. How long do we keep your data?
We keep your personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
- Contact requests that do not lead to an engagement: up to 12 months after the last contact.
- Client data relating to an engagement: 7 years after the engagement ends (in line with the statutory retention obligation).
5. Who do we share your data with?
We share your personal data with third parties only if this is necessary to provide our services or to comply with a legal obligation. We use the following processors:
- Cal.com — for scheduling strategy conversations (booking software). Cal.com processes only the data you enter yourself when booking a conversation.
- Plausible Analytics — for privacy-friendly website analytics. Plausible does not store cookies and does not process personal data; only aggregated, anonymous statistics are kept.
We have concluded data processing agreements with all processors in accordance with the GDPR.
6. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. Our website uses a secure HTTPS connection.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — you can ask which of your data we process.
- Right to rectification — you can have incorrect data corrected.
- Right to erasure — you can ask us to delete your data, unless we have a statutory retention obligation.
- Right to restriction of processing — you can ask for processing to be temporarily restricted.
- Right to data portability — you can request your data in a commonly used format.
- Right to object — you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
- Right to withdraw consent — insofar as the processing is based on consent.

Do you have a complaint about how we handle your personal data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
