In8 is our method with a fixed rhythm: in 8 hours the problem is documented and on the table, within 8 days there is a worked-out solution, in 8 weeks the solution is integrated, and in 8 months the business is transformed.
Many financial projects stall because they have no rhythm: an analysis that takes months, advice that ends up in a drawer. In8 has four phases, each with a fixed timeframe and a clear promise. You know in advance what each phase delivers and when.
In English the name reads as innate: the insight was always in your business and in your data, you just could not see it. In Dutch you hear in acht, as in in acht nemen: to take something into account, to take it seriously.
At the end of phase 1 the problem is clearly defined.
A quick, focused analysis. This phase includes interviews and documentation. In eight hours we identify the core of the financial issue and document it. No thick report, but a sharp problem statement we can act on straight away.
At the end of phase 2 there is a solution.
From problem to a well-founded solution. In this phase we turn the problem statement from the first phase into a concrete approach: what needs to change, what that looks like in practice, and what it delivers, including a rough implementation plan.
At the end of phase 3 the solution is running.
The solution is embedded in your systems and processes. We connect your existing systems, set up the dashboards and establish a reporting rhythm that suits your organisation. Integration is more than building; we make sure the right people can work with it and that the insight sticks. After eight weeks this is your way of working.
At the end of phase 4 the business has changed.
The change is structural. We hold regular sessions to discuss how the changes are working out and whether they should be applied differently. After eight months, financial insight is no longer a quarterly ritual but a living part of how decisions are made. Your organisation acts faster, makes better-founded decisions and spots opportunities and risks earlier. Not because a system was built, but because people have started to look differently.
The four phases build up logically: from problem to solution, from embedding to transforming. Each phase builds on the previous one. You start small with a diagnosis and decide for yourself how far you go: from a one-off sharp analysis to an ongoing partnership.
The fixed rhythm forces focus. No endless stocktaking and no advice left gathering dust: every phase has a deadline and a result.
